How it works
Your journey, with us in Ireland.
We're not a referral-only agency that hands you a checklist and disappears. From the first message until you're settled in your second year, the same team is with you — and we're physically based in Ireland, not on the other end of a timezone.
- 01
Tell us where you're starting
Fill the short form on any program — your degree, GPA, target intake, budget. We come back with a free consultation and three programs that actually fit you, not a brochure dump.
- 02
One-on-one consultation
A counsellor walks you through the shortlist on a call. We talk fees, scholarships you're eligible for, post-study work in Ireland, and the catches nobody else mentions.
- 03
Pick a program with us
Once you've decided, we narrow to one or two final choices and explain exactly what each application needs — transcripts, references, statement of purpose, deadlines.
- 04
We submit the application
You hand us the documents; we package and submit on your behalf. Most universities reply within four to six weeks. We chase, you don't.
- 05
Offer letter, deposit, CAS
We help you accept the offer, pay the deposit through the official channel, and get your CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance) ready for the visa.
- 06
Student visa
We prepare the full visa file — financial proof, accommodation evidence, the lot — and brief you for the embassy interview. If something's missing, we tell you before you apply, not after.
- 07
Pre-departure
Flights, travel insurance, your first month's accommodation, what to pack for Irish weather, opening a Revolut account. We give you a checklist and walk through it together.
- 08
Landing in Ireland
Airport pickup. SIM card. First grocery run. Sign-in to your university. Our team is in Dublin — the people you've been talking to are the people meeting you.
- 09
Settled, then beyond
Banking, GP registration, part-time work paperwork, internship referrals, post-graduation work permit — we stay involved through your studies and the year after.
The on-the-ground difference
Most agencies run remote. We run from Ireland. When something goes sideways at registration, when your accommodation falls through, when your part-time job application needs a phone call — we walk over. That's the part nobody can replicate from another country.
