Short version
We only use the information you give us to reply to you. We don't sell your details. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time.
What we collect
- Form submissions: name, email, phone, and any context you write in (e.g. degree, target intake, budget).
- Affiliate referral source: if you arrived via a partner link (a URL with
?ref=), we record which partner so we can credit them. No personal browsing history. - Standard server logs: IP, user-agent, timestamp. These are kept for security and rate-limiting purposes only.
Cookies and browser storage
Visitors in Europe are asked first. If you choose Reject, nothing that needs consent is stored, and your searches are still counted, just without an ID. Outside Europe we don't ask, and the visit ID and referral cookie below are on until you turn them off.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

What we do with it
- Reply to your question. Your contact info goes into our HubSpot CRM so the team can follow up.
- Send relevant updates about Irish university programs and intakes — only if you opted in.
- Credit referring partners for leads they send, which is how the discovery layer stays free.
What we don't do
- Sell your data to third parties.
- Run ad-network trackers across our site.
- Use your information for anything you didn't ask for.
Your rights
Email booking@educationstate.ie to access, correct, or delete your data. Under GDPR you have the right to do all of those, and we honor it within a reasonable window.
